He is a Professor. He holds a degree in Mathematics, University of Patras, Greece, Master of Arts, Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, USA, Ph.D. in Mathematics, Iowa State University, USA. He has served as a Lecturer in the Department of Mathematics of the University of Ioannina, as an Assistant and Associate Professor of the Department of Mathematics of the University of the Aegean. |His research interests include Set Theoretic Topology, Set Theory and especially the role the axiom of choice plays in Topology, Set Theory, Analysis and Algebra.
