He has a degree from Physics Department of EKPA. and holder of the Postgraduate Degrees: M.Sc. and D.Phil. from Sussex University, School of Mathematical and Physical Sciences, U.K. He has worked at the Universities of Crete, Department of Applied Mathematics and of Aegean, Department of Mathematics. He has been a visiting researcher at the Universities of Stony Brook (USA), Sussex (UK) and Leeds (UK).
